Problem: Out of Touch with thier market
Centegix, in preparation for a product launch, needed to optimize their web presence. Customers were not understanding the essence of their product due to an outdated and overcrowded website.

SOLUTION: Reposition and redesign
Starting with our understanding of their market, we began with the website copy and rewrote every last bit of it for the most crucial pages of their website. Resonance, education, and accessibility were our key goals in that we needed their market to see the importance of investing in their product by seeing how it can save lives. They needed to have a full understanding of how the technology works and how it integrates within their existing ecosystem. And we needed to ensure that the website followed proper accessibility standards.
With an understanding of their preferred KPI's, we set them up with GA4 so they could track the crucial interactions after their product launch.
Oh, and we even trained their in-house developers on how to make updates on their back end. Previously, the back end of the site was...less than tidy. Jon was able to clean it up and build systems in place to optimize the building process moving forward.
